The staff was incredibly caring, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day, with a variety of jams to choose from. The hotel's convenient location near a tube station made it easy to explore the city. Plus, the complimentary internet was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Montreal.

The room was rather small, for me personally.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were nicely furnished and mine was romantic with a king bed and a tub. The location was excellent and perfect - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The attentive and knowledgeable staff made our stay enjoyable in a unique classic queen room located minutes away from the Redpath Museum.

The weather was pleasant, had great stay during this last visit. Staff were informative and breakfast was adequate and delightful. Impeccable and fairly quiet room with a comfortable bed was enjoyable. The location was fantastic, at a short distance from a contemporary art museum.

Had very very good stay for a business trip too. The room was tastefully decorated and brand-new with a comfortable bed and with smoke detectors for safety measures.

The hotel was a brilliant place for enjoying a central area, so close to the art museums as well as galleries, museums, old Montreal, shopping, metro. The room I booked was cleaned in a sloppy manner with drops of spilled coffee left on the desk and available with 2 beds.

It has a PERSONALIZED service and their breakfast is nice hot and delightful with jams and homemade peanut butter, for example.

We had an amazing time staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being close to McGill, the Conference Center, Mont Royale, and many museums. It was so convenient to be able to easily walk to all the attractions we wanted to see. The room was very good and had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed and a well-stocked mini-bar. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. They were extremely knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations for places to eat and visit. We also enjoyed the sun terrace, where we could relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. this place was perfect for our trip and we would definitely stay here again.

Although we had a wonderful stay, we did find that the breakfast became a bit boring after multiple nights. It seemed more geared towards business travelers or short stays, and could have been more varied for guests staying longer.

The room was very beautiful with modern design. The included breakfast was amazing! Our stay was definitely worth the price and we will return to Le Germain again.

The valet parking was $25 per night and this was not disclosed to us until we were checking out. In addition, the hotel charged for local calls which I thought was silly.

Cosy but small rooms. Cleanliness is absolutely fine. Staff friendly throughout (and English-speaking). Breakfast is local and all right.
